Diet and Exercise are Important After Liposuction

Whether you prefer to call them pounds or kilos, we can all agree that shedding them can be a challenge. A recent survey in Britain found that 59% of participants would opt for plastic surgery over exercise. Liposuction permanently removes fat cells, but it’s still important to eat healthy & exercise (post lipo) because weight gain can still occur in fat cells in other parts of the body.
