Lots of young siblings look up to their older brothers and sisters as a source of inspiration for many things, be it lifestyle, fashion or even looks. For one teen girl, that inspiration took on a whole new meaning.

Ashley Horn, the 18-year-old half sister of actress/singer Lindsay Lohan, has decided she wants to look more like her sibling, so she did what many have done before her and underwent plastic surgery.

A bit extreme? Perhaps, but Horn couldn’t be happier.

Horn admits she had five plastic surgeries to look more like Lohan, including a nose job and other definition surgeries that totaled to roughly $25,000 in plastic surgery costs.

So what exactly did the teen have?

“I’ve gotten Rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jaw line, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” admitted Horn, whose goal was to look like Lohan when she was the same age.

But while it’s not unusual for young women or men to want to resemble their older siblings (or any celebrity for that matter), Horn also admits she’s not even close with Lohan.

The daughter of Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father, Horn says she doesn’t have a relationship with her sister or any of the Lohans at all. And though she may look a lot more like her post-surgeries, Horn claims that she is the opposite of Lohan, personality-wise.

‘I’m not Lindsay,” stressed Horn. “I wasn’t raised in that family. I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person.”

But then why go through all the trouble of five plastic surgery procedures to look like an estranged sibling that she doesn’t seem to share any similarities with? We’re thinking it has something to do with that acting career Horn is now pursuing.

Back in Lohan’s heyday, she could definitely work the screen. Known for her fire red hair , freckled face and girl-next-door vibe, she was cast in numerous pre-teen and teen roles which all seemed to have a positive message for young girls.

Is Horn now trying to do the same? Seems like it. Only difference is, according to Horn, she looks way better than her half sister.

‘I’m hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that,” admitted Horn.

None of the procedures Horn had were very drastic.
