For some people, plastic surgery can be a saving grace, correcting physical deformities and abnormalities that hindered their ability to carry out their lives normally. However, for others plastic surgery is more like a bag of Pringles. As they slogan says, “Once You Pop, You Can’t Stop,” and that seems to be the motto for one reality TV starlet.

Jacqueline Laurita, one of the stars on the hit show “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” has admitted to getting some work done, but the extent of which has the public in somewhat of an awe. Although it’s no big deal to her, it is strange to hear a celebrity openly gush about getting plastic surgery, instead of shrugging good looks and a great figure to “natural” habits.

Laurita revealed her most recent cosmetic enhancement treatments to Andy Cohen on a special “Watch What Happens Live.” During the show, the 41-year-old mother of three admitted to a recent neck lift and tummy tuck to add to her existing breast implants and frequent Botox injections.

Although the Housewife did not specify when she had the work done, she did reveal she had plastic surgery at some point between filming the last season of RHWONJ and starting the upcoming one.

It seems as though Laurita is not only a big fan of plastic surgery, but she is also proud to admit she is very satisfied with her results. On her Twitter account, Laurita decided to clarify any doubt that she was only joking about her surgeries by posting: “That’s right… I said Tummy tuck and Neck lift!”

Laurita is certainly not the first reality Housewife – nor reality star in general – to undergo a cosmetic treatment. In fact, several of her Housewife stars have also admitted to going under the knife, including Beverly Hills housewife Kyle Richards, who says the ladies are no strangers to plastic surgery.

Richards has admitted to undergoing Rhinoplasty some years back and liposuction last year to get rid of her love handles. But contrary to popular opinion, the reality stars explained that the public has drastically exaggerated the number of cosmetic surgery procedures they have undergone. Richards admits that Botox, the number one non-surgical plastic surgery procedure in 2012, is a fan favorite among the ladies.

Vicki Gunvalson, 51, also recently made headlines after revealing she got a plastic surgery makeover in time for the next season of the show. A member of the Orange County Housewives, Gunvalson admitted to getting a chin implant and fillers around her nose and eyes after suffering with hurtful insults in which she was compared to the Muppets’ “Miss Piggy.”

While these Housewives clearly have no qualms about attributing their looks to plastic surgery, it doesn’t take that many procedures to make a big difference in the life of a patient. With just one treatment, such as rhinoplasty or liposuction, patients can experience a drastic improvement in self confidence, which, after all, is one of the main benefits of cosmetic surgery.
